John is a passionate and skilled Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. John is equipped with 3 years of private clinical practice, where he believes that everyone can benefit from a whole-person approach to health through effective assessment and management of the musculoskeletal system.
John has successfully completed the 5 year program from the Canadian College of Osteopathy (Toronto). John successfully defended his thesis in October 2023, qualifying him to receive his Diploma in the Science of Osteopathy, with distinction.
Prior to discovering Osteopathy, John is a graduate from the University of Guelph Humber - Human Kinetics (2017), with a specialty in strength and conditioning. He worked as a Strength & Conditioning coach at St Andrews College (Aurora) for 3 years, prior to embarking on his Osteopathic journey.
John's exemplary knowledge, holistic therapeutic approach and hands-on skill, supports his clients in their Osteopathic needs. John works closely with allied healthcare professionals. He takes the time to understand your individual history, circumstances and unique physiology to provide a package of osteopathic care that is tailored to your needs. This can include manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, screening and general health advice.
John is a devoted husband a father of a young daughter and a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) in good standing.
