Let this guided Movement Therapy with Yoga, combining a mind/body experience using: Props, Breathwork, Meditation and Therapeutic Touch (commonly found in most yoga practices), to assist you with depth in your body and ultimate relaxation.
The guided yoga sequence is passive and welcomes a gentle stretch on the fascial system. It targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve overall muscular flexibility, as the poses stretch, support and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy, minimize mental stress and create a sense of well-being.
Mindfulness Meditation: A guided practice where participants are guided with thought to help with attention, focus and awareness to achieve a clear and calm state of the mind. The coach will focus on a set thought, like "stress" and through visualization, guide the body to focus on techniques to help minimize this. Also coping techniques can be demonstrated, allowing participants to use this awareness for daily activity.
