Cupping
Cupping - Suction cups provide a negative pressure (lifting) on the skin, muscles, and fascia. This is in contrast to the positive pressure of the deep tissue massage (pressure), and can be a very relaxing and soothing experience. Cupping promotes blood circulation and speeds up muscle recovery. The negative pressure from the suction allows new blood to flow into that area of tissue with several benefits.
Table Thai Stretching - is the same therapy as Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, except the session is performed on a massage therapy table, with equal therapeutic benefits.

The focus is on the hips, legs, buttocks and low back. The treatment includes many active stretches while sustained firm pressure is applied to the area of focus. It also includes Swedish massage to aid in increasing circulation.
