A specialist/teacher in Special Education and a certified Adaptive and Inclusive trainer, Jacqueline combines her understanding of tailored instruction with her comprehensive fitness expertise. She is trained in exercise therapy and holds a specialist certification in hip programming from the Exercise Therapy Association. Jacqueline also possesses a DTS certification in low back pain management and is a Core Confidence Specialist, focusing on exercise-based strategies to support women’s pelvic floor health. Her practice integrates Pilates reformer training, supported by essential biomechanics knowledge in cervical health and hip and knee balance, ensuring sessions that are both adaptive and effective. Additionally, Jacqueline incorporates restorative and yin yoga, adding a mindful, gentle approach that promotes deep relaxation and flexibility.
